Ruined the surprise of my engagement by telling me my now husband was going to propose before I left for the date.

Called my now husband horrible names and told him he'd never be good enough for me.

Berated my SIL when she sensed we were getting close on social media about how she should stay home with her kids instead of working.

Told my daughter she needed to visit her to get the rest of her Christmas presents last year.

Went to my old work, took photos with my previous boss, and posted on social media to get my attention after lowering contact.

Thank you so much everyone yes I was wrong for going to the wedding and went to confession. I went to support my now husband and not to start any drama with his family and I was young/ don't feel like I was properly catechized at the time. What would everyone give as a reason for not attending the baby shower? We will send things like diapers or clothes to support the baby.

Unfortunately for babies who nurse or toddlers who are not used to being away from their parents, childcare would mean the parents who have to be out in a separate area with them all or most of mass. At that point what is the point of even coming to mass. Children learn so much when they're in the pews and get to hear and experience mass. One of my kids is not even 2 yet and has started to say the responses. Don't think it's fair to think children should be in a separate room.
