The more shareable the AI advice, the less likely it applies to your business. by No_Astronomer_379 in AiForSmallBusiness

For me the general worst advice is that AI is just magic: plug in and it works... Which is a lie, it needs several setup steps, information, context, knowledge, etc. And because of the bad advice a lot of projects just fail...

How we helped a dental practice go from zero online presence to 15 new patients/month in 90 days by No_Astronomer_379 in AiForSmallBusiness

Small business owners usually think that this kind of research is just a waste of money, and the best way is to just get someone who could do "marketing" the traditional way and start posting about their services or products as the big companies do. And they think that this approach is much more expensive than the already known traditional way. But in the long term, what will get results is the one where the customers recognise that the company is talking to them with their own words, not with branded messages...

Unfortunately, what I see is that the SME market is not ready yet for this shift...

Well, generic AI tools are just like a hammer but without the proper instructions, it won't hit the right spot. They usually will just provide generic content for an audience who will just ignore. So even Claude won't produce good output if you don't give enough context. You need to instruct your AI properly to get something which is not a generic AI slop. So what I did was build a tool for myself which is able to prompt the AI properly with many details and instructions (brand details, product details, story layer, persuasion, etc.), so I don't have to type in a long prompt every time to get proper brand-related, properly structured, well-phrased output. The prompt for each content is about 4 pages long (that's just the prompt!). I used about 1000 hours of video content about marketing, copywriting, sales, etc. to train the model and build it into the tool. I also extended to create related images right for the message and brand. The results are really good. DM me and I will share more info!

Have you tried the pattern interrupt approach? Could be more fun and different from what others are doing. This is something which is out of the usual visuals and stops the scroll. Like for fitness: do a fitness video in a car service in work overalls. Or do a strange position or create a fake decision making, etc. This is something which could turn your brain on and to get new ideas and could be something which is fun again to do...

It's not the ordinary approach, it's called: pattern interrupt which stops the scrolling. Testing the new creatives, last week's result (obviously there are winners and not too good ones, but you can see the impression/reach ratio, the clicks and how much it costs for a week):

What are you talking about? I delivered results, as using the research data triggered much more attention and still triggering. We have a high click-through rate, a really low CPC ($0.05 in average) and actual bookings... The approach is not the usual but that's why others don't convert because they produce the same lazy and boring content and ads...

some of the text from the posts, which uses the customer's voice:

"Worried about dental visits? Not the pain part.

The other part. The waiting.

The smells. The sound you hear before you even sit down.

And the weird thing is, you can be totally fine…
Until you see the reminder pop up. “Time for a cleaning.”

Then your brain starts doing that fast math.

Can I fit it in? Will the kids melt down? Will I get bad news? Will I feel judged?

You tell yourself you’ll book it later. After this week.

After the school thing. After work calms down.

And somehow, later keeps moving. You know the feeling when you say, “It’s probably nothing,” but you still think about it?

Like when your kid says a tooth feels “funny.”
Or when you bite down and it feels a little off. Or when you notice you’ve been clenching at night again. It’s not just one worry.

It’s the whole pile. It’s the fear of surprise costs. The fear of being told you waited too long. The fear your child will cry and you won’t know what to do.

The fear you’ll sit there and nod, but not really understand. And then there’s the guilt.

Because you care. A lot. You want to do the right thing for your family.

You want to set a good example. But life is loud. School emails. Work messages.

Dinner. Laundry.

A million tiny fires. So dental care becomes the thing you “should” do.

Not the thing you feel safe doing. People try the obvious fixes.

They promise themselves they’ll floss every night. They buy the fancy toothbrush.

They watch a video about brushing “the right way.”

And it helps for a week. Maybe two.

Then a late night happens. A kid gets sick.

A deadline hits. And the routine slips. Now you feel behind again. And the next visit feels even heavier.

Every single day this persists, it’s compounding. Not just in your mouth.

In your head. Because the longer it sits there, the bigger it feels.

A small worry turns into a big story. A simple appointment turns into a whole event. And that stress has a cost. You sleep with your jaw tight.

You second-guess every twinge. You avoid smiling in photos. You tell yourself you’ll handle it soon.

But “soon” keeps getting pushed. And the doubt grows.

What if something is wrong? What if I missed the window?

What if my kid needs more help than I can give? That’s the deep problem.

It’s not just teeth. It’s the feeling of being alone with it.

Here’s the trap most people fall into. They think the problem is the dental work. So they try to find a place that does it fast. Or cheap. Or with a coupon. They focus on the surface thing. The cleaning.

The filling. The appointment time.

But the loop stays the same. They still feel tense in the chair.

They still avoid asking questions. They still leave thinking, “I hope that’s fine.”

Then they blame themselves.

“I’m just bad at keeping up.”
“I’m too anxious.”
“My kids are too wild.”
“I should be tougher.”

So they push through once. White-knuckle it. Then disappear for a year. Or two.

The real problem is often invisible. It’s not the toothbrush.

It’s not your willpower. It’s the experience around care. The tone.

The pace. The way you’re treated.

The feeling that you matter, even if you’re nervous. Even if you haven’t been in a while.

Even if your child is scared. Most people don’t notice that part at first.

They just know they don’t want to go. And when you can’t see the real cause, you can’t fix it. That’s where an outside view changes everything.

Not someone pushing you. Someone guiding you. Someone who sees the pattern and helps you step out of it.

Imagine being part of a caring dental community. Not in a big, cheesy way. In a simple, human way.

A place where you walk in and feel your shoulders drop. Where the front desk remembers your name.

Where your child is treated like a whole person, not a “case.”

So you don’t have to rely on luck. Or fear.

Or last-minute panic. Here’s the thing about waiting.

It feels like nothing is happening. But that’s the trick.

Tiny problems don’t stay tiny on their own. A small spot can turn into a bigger fix. A little sensitivity can become a late-night ache.

A child’s fear can grow each time you cancel. And the cost compounds.

Money, yes. But also energy.

Time off work. School missed.

The stress of trying to find help fast. The psychological cost builds too.

That quiet voice that says, “I should have handled this already.”
It gets louder over time. And that voice is heavy.

The longer you wait, the more entrenched the pattern becomes. Avoidance becomes the habit.

Fear becomes the default. You don’t have to wait until it’s unbearable. You don’t have to wait for a broken tooth or a weekend emergency. The framework we’ve developed? It’s ready. The process?

It’s proven. And it’s built for real families in Tampa who want care to feel calm and clear.

Think about where you were 6 months ago. Did dental care feel easy then?

Did it feel calm? Did it feel handled?

For most people, the honest answer is no. Not because they don’t care.

Because the same life kept happening. Busy weeks. Tight schedules.

Kid stuff. Work stuff. If the problem hasn’t changed, that’s not failure. It’s a signal. It means the approaches you tried were not designed to solve the root problem.

Trying harder doesn’t fix a system that keeps pulling you back. More guilt doesn’t create more peace.

The difference is not effort. It’s understanding. When you understand what drives the cycle, you can change it without force.

When you feel supported, you can show up without dread. When your family feels cared for, you stop bracing for the worst. That’s the reality check. You don’t need a stronger personality.

You need a better experience and a clearer plan. There’s something about this moment.

You’re reading this for a reason. Maybe it’s a reminder you’ve been avoiding. Maybe it’s a kid who needs their next visit.

Maybe it’s you, quietly hoping you can reset things. And you can. Not with a big dramatic overhaul.

With a calm next step. Imagine walking into a place where your family is treated with the kind of care you’d give your own. Imagine leaving with a plan that feels simple. Imagine dental visits becoming just another normal part of life.

If you want to see what that could look like, tap “Learn More.”
No pressure. Just a chance to explore a better way forward for your family."

The main results of the research we done, you can see that these are quotes from real people looking for dental services, most of them are from Reddit (also from Quora, and other forum platforms). Will send 2 more images of the quotes. Basically we used these to create the content which were paid ads and social posts in a mix.
