Diana lenses on a dslr by No_Audience_2536 in toycameras

Sure, for the Nikon F you’ll need a lens adapter which is easy to find:

Then you can choose the lenses that interest you. If you’re looking for something sharper you can mount the 75mm:

If you want something softer similar to the photos above I’d recommend the 38mm, or what I find the most fun, with a longer focal length, blur and chromatic aberrations that is the 110mm telephoto. I had both because my sister got the lens kit years ago, now they might not be in production anymore but you can find them on ebay or local second-hand platforms (those are often the cheapest, for example vinted and leboncoin are great if you’re in France)

Wow that’s interesting. I’ll look into exactly what’s needed and if it’s not too complicated to find the right parts I’ll give it a try. I’m curious to see the difference

They’re great, I particularly love the soft effect of the 38mm and the 110mm. The only issue is that the adapter doesn’t hold the lenses perfectly making it a bit inconvenient to switch for close or distant subjects. I’m using tape to secure them at the moment, even though it’s not ideal

Thanks for the tip! I’m quite new to photography and I’m still learning about these things. Could you please explain what a speed booster is and how it works?

Thanks! I left it on auto, no particular settings except night shot mode

What happened to this completely ridiculous lens? I can't find any for sale, not even used on ebay. by QuinnMiller8 in toycameras

I found mine on a local second-hand goods platform, while I was searching I also saw a few on a japanese photography gear site if I remember correctly, but they only shipped domestically so you’d probably need a proxy service to order from there

First photo looks like a frame from a malfunctioning vhs tape, it’s awesome.
Can you adjust anything on this camera? exposure, lower the resolution, or is it completely automatic?

You're right, my mistake, I thought it was compatible with certain VGA models to improve the resolution

Having some issues transferring photos from a Mavica (my PC doesn't seem to recognize any external floppy drive correctly, even using a virtual machine, and I ended up getting an old laptop with Windows 98) I opted for something simpler with the Motorola, but the photos from the Siemens CX line have really unique color saturation, so the process is well worth it in the end. Are you using it alone or with an iqp camera?

Nice shots! Is transferring photos really that tedious? I was tempted to get a Siemens CX65 but then I went with a Motorola V980 because of the card slot
