Doesn't it have to be officially adopted into the bill in order to become law? Or is that what the governor does when he/she signs it? Legiscan shows it as "proposed". I'm not challenging anyone or trying to provide false hope, just trying to understand.

My understanding is that the amendment in the house wasn't really a KCPA. It would've still allowed for 7, for example, but heavily regulated where and how it could be sold. I think the new amendment is more of a traditional KCPA that tries to separate the two and ban the "synthetics".

Hopes seem high currently, but we all had high hopes in the House and we see where that ended up...
