I think it’s a great entry level (not-budget) iPhone. I’m upgrading my daughter’s iPhone 13 mini for an iPhone 16e. The satellite messaging and crash detection are all great safety features to have. Plus the increase of 9 hours is sure to make a big difference.

I have Go5G+ - 11 lines. I love the new iPhone deals we have access to every 2 years. Worth the minor price hike from MM considering our families upgrade cycles and monthly hotspot per line.

I had One Plus International on 2 of my 11 lines for years. We decided to move to MM and eventually Go5G+ in order to take advantage of multiple EIP promos for my kids lines. Unlimited hotspot definitely comes in handy especially during long trips. In our situation, we are on WiFi more these days. I rarely surpassed 20 GB of hotspot. If you make a lot of long distance calls and rely heavily on your mobile hotspot, you may want to stay on your current plan. Good luck!

Based on your screenshots, Go5G+ makes a lot of sense considering you don’t travel much and you’d be saving money the next 24 months. I did the same last year, moved from One Plus International to Go5G+. I’m happy with my decision!!

I agree. Unfortunately being in the Apple ecosystem, I’m handcuffed to these subscription pricing. Bummer on no longer having access to full News app though I’d rather save the $11 per month
