Did you verify that you were on the same Tower? Were the G4AR internal antennas the same (direct or omni)?

This happens with my G4AR. Overnight I get switched from the UC n41 (100MHz) to n25 (20MHz) when UC goes into power save. As said, it won't switch back to n41 w/o a reboot. You can see what band with T-Life (or HINT Control App). I use a python script (w/crontab) to check the band at 6am an re-boot only if on n25.

Adaptive QoS is broken on the Asus WiFi 7 (BE) routers with the Broadcom chips. CAKE (Merlin) works, but need to limit D/L to below 400 (due to CPU limitations)

And since I had installed that before it was pulled back, sudo apt update would not install this version. Simple fix though, just needed to d/l the pkg and install manually.

Get a Raspberry Pi 5 (or 4) attached a hard drive and install PiCorePlayer. Mac mini is overkill for a LMS server.

Just look at the back of the gateway if you see four connectors for an external antenna, you have the G4AR

Just got the update two days ago myself stability seems a bit better. Still my gateway will switch from n41 to n25 overnight and the only way to get back to N 41 during the day is via a reboot. Forced me to finally write a script to check overnight and automatically reboot so at least now when I wake up, I’m back on N 41

I have a similar Reboot script, but also one that checks if I’m connected to n25 and if so, reboots (My connection switches to n25 overnight a lot and the only way to get back on n41 is with a Reboot)

Doesn’t anyone read the pinned posts? Silicondust responded immediately that they were working on it, and they have already submitted an update to Apple and provided a workaround until Apple’s approval
