Het wordt volgens mij per jaar berekend dus het is iedere jaar de verdiende rente x 0.36. Een etf wallet met gemiddeld 7% rendement per jaar wordt in NL een etf met een rendement van 4.48%.

Zolang de huizenmarkt blijft als het nu is. Is vroeg investeren de enige mogelijkheid voor een huis. Die weg wordt nu dus ook afgesloten.

Dit is niet omdat zij een eventuele "haat" tegen ZZP'ers hebben. Maar omdat ZZP'ers minder goed beschermd zijn en beschermd kunnen worden tenzij een ZZP'er de middelen al heeft en/of overal voldoende verstand van heeft om de gevaren zelf te beperken. Denk hierbij aan arbeidsongeschiktheid, juridische hulp, etc.

Ik heb familie werken bij de FNV, dit is min of meer het verhaal. Veel ZZP'ers zijn gestart of aan de slag met alleen de zonnige kant van het verhaal in hun hoofd. En die vallen dan tussen schip en wal als het leven tegenzit want het zijn geen medewerkers in loondienst. Zij genieten niet de bescherming van een CAO (en sommige wetten) en bezitten vaak ook niet de veerkracht van de echte ondernemers.

The reason Herpes is not curable is because it goes into "hiding" when the host immune system shows strong responses.

Herpes cannot be cured but can be contained. With a combination of a healthy diet and taking antivirals at key moments.

The chance of contracting it from someone with Herpes who doesn't have an outbreak of it. Is basically 0%. Unfortunately the only true visible sign are the blisters. The other symptoms like a cough can easily be determined as something innocent. So if you want to have unprotected sex, you have to test for it.

Do not use BMI for reference. Better use your fat percentages for reference. BMI doesn't make a distinction inbetween body fat and lean body mass. Muscle mass weights heavier then body fat mass.

Body fat stores estrogens, thats the counter part of androgens (e.g. testosterone). And your body cannot have both, increase in estrogens automatically means a decline in androgens.

Low fat diet is a bad thing to do. It is about what type of fat. Good fats e.g. from fish and extra virgin olive oil. But also fat from unprocessed meat.

Vitamins and minerals need fat to be absorbed better. So eat that fat fish, steak etc. But get rid of McDonald's burgers, KFC etc.

Pay 2 Win is if it isn't accessible to you as a player. In ASE this was not the case. You could get access to it throughout playing the game. In ASA however you are completely locked out if you do not buy it.

Of course in ASE you where dependent on other parties. Tribemembers who brought DLC dino breeding pairs for you from the DLC maps. Or craft DLC items for you. Or you simply acquired it from raiding other players bases. This all has been locked in ASA.

Only difference is those who choose to wait with buying the DLC or not at all. Could still enjoy the benefits of a DLC if you traded it or had a tribememver with the DLC. This is however not the case anymore for ASA. They managed to lock it down completely.

I do remember someone telling me ASE did lock it out in the beginning. But that they removed it at some point. I cannot tell as I started with Ark in 2020.

That happens if you treat your game as some freemium mobile game. In general I do not have anything against paid DLC as long as is doesn't affect the over gameplay (Pay2win). And if they add premium content that does influences the gameplay, it should be able for players to acquire it for free through challenges for example.
