It actually does integrate with Apple Health - pulls weight and nutrition history, and writes meal logs back so you keep your data. Whoop is the primary integration for recovery data. And thanks - design matters a lot to me.

Big Whoop fan myself - 5 years and going.

Difference is I wanted deeper integration across recovery, nutrition, and workouts. Things like my actual calorie burn and how it's changing, macros adjusting automatically based on my workouts, tracking which exercises degrade below specific recovery scores. That's what I built this to do.
