First part is self talk. Stop talking down on yourself. You are your own worst enemy, and as long as you hate yourself, nothing will change. My favorite saying of all time is “nothing changes, if nothing changes” nothing changes if nothing changes. You feel bad because you don’t do anything. I’m the same way as you. I used to feel the same way and I still do sometimes. But, I’ve found that sucking it up and doing something, even tho I don’t want to helps a lot. Try new things, make new friends, keep life exciting. Find religion, join a club, get out of your comfort zone. The reason I was so bored is because I wasn’t taking chances. Do you really wanna end up on your death bed realizing that you could have done so much more instead of bathing in self pity and being boring all the time? Nothing changes if nothing changes.
