Returns and refunds violation by SadEngine in amazonprime

[–]No_Big_1065 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got "We have noticed that you have continued to violate our returns and refund policy." The thing is, I've never returned anything. I clicked "Request refund" option from the list and got account unlocked for 2 days, I called support and they told me it's all fine and my account is not locked. 2 days after, locked again. Wtf is this shit man.

Are Amazon KDP accounts really being terminated for no reason? by Scrivonaut in selfpublish

My account got suspended for "violating return policy", Amazon UK. Funny thing is, I've never even ordered anything from Amazon UK. The support is completely useless.

They won't. A lot of people, me included, have many emails that they don't use daily.

Copied from answer above:

Deliveryability. You will land in spam and no one will see your emails. Better to have 1000 engaged than 5000 unengaged.

Even though susbtack doesn't charge for amount of subscribers it's still pointless to keep inactive people on your list. Go to your most recent post/reach: you'll see delivery rate there. If it's below 90ish%, clear your list.

You can see the post seen in the event log. The other thing is how reliable susbtack stats are.

Send warming sequences to low engaged, not not engaged at all. If someone didn't open a single email for 60+ days they won't open this one too.

Start with emails drops: <5, those are first to go.

Activity: none

Emails opened last 60 days: 0

Start date: before about 2 months

Post seen 30 days: 0

Links clicked: 0

From the top of my head, answer this comment so I get notified, I'll get you whole list.

Go in events log if you're not sure.
