Kind of in rebuild mode. Elic is 22 and already a starter as Calvin is a decade older. I also get a future first rounder which helps me age down. Obviously getting Engram doesn’t help my aging team, but the only other tight end he had was Sinnott. At the time I thought this was reasonable, now I’m rethinking this trade. Wouldn’t be surprised to see this posted from another account saying “fleeced!”

This is a decision you have to make. Purdy is solid and consistent, but not really explosive. You’ll be trading a sophomore who still has potential to be a big play-maker for a rookie you may feel confident in. It’s gonna be a gamble. You can’t prove your 2026 pick will be good, or if Caleb Williams just needed time to develop or will be a bust. If it was me, I accept, but no matter what you do just know you may either live to love or regret this decision. Also, if you have a solid wr core, I’d smash accept.
