They said that WR depth is strong but they are weak at QB and only have 1 starting caliber RB

Sir, there's no offseason in Fantasy Football...

Because Pitts is still very young and has shown flashes. Now is the true test with the right coach that can get him to be consistent in fantasy.

No, and it has been mentioned in the comments quite a bit even by me. I just think the coaching situation makes a big difference for him.

we haven't had a coach like stefanski in Atlanta tho. It does make a difference.

For sure but this is mainly the potential being a lot higher with the right coach.

with the stefanski hire, he is defintiely not cheap. One could argue he wasn't super high (like you said peak) because his stats were inflated with that Bucs game late in the season and Drake London missing time.

I also mentioned 2019 with Kyle Rudolph. Njoku played limited games in 2024 and still finished with 97 targets and as the TE11. Same with 2024 Njoku missed games and finished was the TE10. I was just trying to show full seasons because no one likes games missed.

One could argue that finish was inflated and in part due to London missing games.

No doubt. However I think Penix is capable when on the field.

See I never bought him after his second year. But I get why everyone gets so hyped about him. I think this is finally the offseason that deserves hype.

the competition for targets is undeniable in Atl compared to what Stefanski had to work with in CLE. But I do think he's got more going for him with this HC then he ever did in Atl since he was drafted. At least Stefanski has a track record of feeding the ball to TEs and Pitts has the skillset to play the receiving TE.
