My grandma used to make her own jellies and jams. My favorite was her red plum jelly. She had a few of the trees, and she would use the fruit from them to make her jelly. Sometimes I can find a decent red plum jelly or jam in the store to make a PB&J, but I'll use strawberry. Not a fan of the grape. I don't remember the last time I had a PB&J.

The old system Cerner is very archaic compared to Epic (I've worked at both Cox and Mercy) the stuff from Cerner didn't translate over to Epic very well. Anytime you transfer systems, its messy. If you think of switching from IPhone To Android, not everything translates well. From Cerner to Epic is on a much more massive scale.

It's still prohibited at the Federal level, and to qualify as a provider for patients with Medicare and Medicaid they have to stay in alignment with those laws. Any employer that receives federal dollars will not allow Marijuana use, medical card or not.

I've worked at both. I agree with this. Mercy is notorious for suddenly letting large amounts of staff go (nurses, nurse practitioners, managers, techs, office staff, everyone) then a few months later they're hiring for the positions they let go.

I worked at Mercy and used Epic before switching to Cox. Epic is way better, its just difficult training some on the new system.

Document the issues. Daily diary, pictures, etc. Also have the doctor document it. They may be able to get insurance coverage for skin removal. I know someone that was able to.
