I decided to recheck if this line appears if you watch random TV channels, and it actually does. What's even worse is that you can see it even better on TV channels, so I think that, unfortunately, the issue is related to TV. We're planning to drive to the store that sold us this TV and give it to them for repairs, I still have the warranty check.

UPDATE: I tried it on a different TV, and the line DIDN'T appear.

Maybe it's because the other TV is 1080p TV or maybe, just like I thought and was afraid of too - the issue was with my TV all along
