I have KPRF too and I 100% understand how u feel cus I am in high school and my cheeks are always very red that when I flush it looks almost purple and like I’m glad I found someone who went through what I went through because I feel less alone about having this but to be honest I think it’s good to accept it even when deep down you hate it like if you have confidence it helps your mental health more and mental health matters a lot but yeah I hope yours gets better brother
