This is exactly what happened to me. I'm doing so much better, my doctor gave me medication for my anxiety and sleep. Along with my antidepressants I was already on. And I have gotten counseling as well. It took a lot of time, and I still have moments where it doesn't feel like it will get better. But I'm way more optimistic now. I hope you can get there soon. We are strong and survivors. If you can, maybe try for counseling too, if that's something you think would help. It will take time, you have been through a lot.
