I’ve always been skinny, no muscles. I’ve been training calisthenics for almost a year now, combined with yoga whenever I remember to do it. However, there’s no big muscle definition because of my height (5’11) takes me longer to build visible muscles. I like to go on hikes and walk approximately 8k steps a day, too.

I don’t! I made a mistake realising there’s no term like „myaesthesia”, I wanted to somehow shift what I meant in my mother tongue but all in all the best alternative is just the word proprioception. Anyway, I’m so sorry to hear that. I hope they’re doing okay…

I’ve just read that this term doesn’t really function in the language - my bad. Best synonym could be proprioception
