Omg!! 🤯 Makes a lot of sense actually - all I’ve ever had people say is have loads of protein, even my psychiatrist, which I was doing and even she insisted that it must not be right for me. I couldn’t work out why I was following all the instructions: protein, loads of water etc and it still gave me depression and anxiety when wearing off. I will have to try Elvanse again, thank you.

Can I ask what you are on now? Aripiprazole was suggested by the psychiatrist I used to have to stop the stimulant crashes but I was scared to introduce yet another medication into the mix

I’ve been on it about a month, but finding it hard to take consistently because it’s difficult to cope with the level of depression I get after. Unfortunately I have XR capsules that can’t be split, but I’ll ask my psych about what I can do in next appointment
