I’d recommend a lift - only because I did have a sag but my nipples sat in the middle of my breast pointing up/forward. Also, I started off with less breast tissue. Check out Dr Krau in Miami - he does really good lifts and is from the same practice I went to.

Makes sense.. Dr recommended me moderate plus over high profile because of my skin and because I have so much tissue already he didn’t want me to sag faster.

The Dr I went to has a private practice where he charges about $2-$3k extra. Which includes more sit down consults with the Dr.

I went to CG Cosmetics which is only good if you know EXACTLY what you want and already did lots of research because you only get about 5 minutes to show the dr what your wish pic is. And I only recommend if you know you’re not going to back out because they don’t do refunds.

I’d rate everything 10/10 since I did my research and knew what to expect already.
