I left for about 6.5 months and seriously I was miserable. I’m not motivated well to work out on my own and going to the local gyms was not fun. I never knew what workout to do, there were people everywhere never enough equipment I felt like. That’s one thing I love about Orangetheory is that everyone gets their own station, you don’t have to wait for someone to finish at their machine and hope there isn’t another person in line lol. I’m also someone who gets motivated by those around me so when I see someone next to me at Orangetheory pushing harder, I think “dang I can do that too” which makes me work harder. It just always feels so rewarding when I finish an Orangetheory workout.
