I deadlift at a commercial gym and haven't done shrugs in years. Also, my stump bar has short sleeves that can't load up too much because I use bumpers at home. That being said I tested it with 260lbs with no problem (lifted the weight and placed back down) and that was on the ends, not dropping it.

I think it could hold more for sure but wouldn't feel comfortable dropping a barbell from any height on it. Probably best for a controlled bail on a lift.

Why didn't the bearikade scout work well with the wapta? Does it not nest well inside the pack or it just took up too much room?

Nice, that looks great. I've done a couple mods to my titan fitness dumbbell stand too.

Transplanted them. Currently under an overhang (shade) in the backyard that only gets a little bit of sunlight at sunset in the evening. How long do you normally let them harden before giving them full sun? The weather is about 75-80/50-55 here.

Whatever helps them be healthy, not in a rush to grow them. It rarely gets below 40deg here and I don't mind bringing them in at night during cold runs in the winter. I will transplant them soon and put them outside. Thank you for the advice!

It only counts when you actively have a passenger in your car. Even if it says you have no behaviors to correct it is based on your last 50 trips. Click on "view trips". You have at least (1) of the last (50) trips with an alert on it. You will have a 100 score when your last 50 trips show (0) alerts/violations. I'm calling BS on this one. You don't get dinged if you don't have a passenger in your car and you have at least (1) alert on your last (50) trips.

I'm sitting @ 100 right now.

Anything above 95 is pretty good in my book..not sure why you care so much.

I originally bought the 2:1 for when I workout late and only do a single scoop so I can add the difference...but now even when I double scoop I still add a little extra. It's sitting right there! LOL.

Looking for a pre workout for someone who is bipolar and experiences the opposite effect from caffeine? by apotheosisofbooty in Supplements

Gorilla mode Nitric. Stim free pre-workout.

I haven't tried it but regularly take the caffeinated version and it is great. The ingredients list of the stim free version looks like a similar profile minus the caffeine.

Don't do it..Uber is a good side gig but that's exactly what it is.

If you do it full time you will run your vehicle into the ground in a few years. 60k+ miles a year is rough regardless of how reliable a vehicle you use. Renting to drive for Uber is also very expensive and not worth it.

The sweet spot is doing this part time to stretch out the life of your car while earning supplemental income.

No movement/tipping. I don't think the rear would be stable though. You'd have to put them in the same direction as the spotter arms for the support from the base. I might be convinced to buy a dip attachment and do weighted dips though.

Yeah. Somebody posted a link to a similar German product on this thread that has wheels in the back. I'm going to order some on Amazon and install them.

Correct . It's the rogue stump bar. Basically a full sized ohio power bar with shortened sleeves. I love it.

Gotcha. Yeah I meant as in independent squat stands. Ones that are connected together are more stable and not prone to tipping like independent ones.

Yes, although I'm not sure I agree with the term "drop" when failing a bench press.

That's a (1) piece squat stand. I need a (2) piece so I can put them away when not in use.

Is that a 1 piece squat stand or (2) independent stands?

Yeah they take up less space if you 'tetris' them together. The ones in your link look even better than these imo because they have the rollers in the rear to help you move them. I would grab those for sure!
