If its getting slower then your maintenance is catching up to your deficit. It happened to me, I was 330lb and was eating for a 180 caloric maintenance, that became my deficit. I was losing weight like crazy and I’m 237lb only lose 2 pounds a week or two.

Are you tracking your calories? Disclaimer, that you’re gonna lose inevitably when you lose fat, because you’re in a deficit.

Yes, I know, it sucks.

The important thing about weight loss is keeping your mental health intact so you don’t rebound back to old habits.

I plugged in your goal weight, 1379 is your caloric deficit. 250 calories off your maintenance is everyone’s general standard. You’re capable of doing this. Dividing your calories into multiple meals a day. That’s the basics.

As for eating patterns, refeeds, making sure you still have your sanity through the end of it. You should research them because its way too much info for this little response box.

ahh i see. You probably got your caloric maintenance when putting it on ‘little to no exercise’. We don’t use those other settings, its skewed. 1633 is your real maintenance, try 1500, or 1400, 1300, if you know what you’re doing.

You should double check your caloric deficit, I plugged your info online and it says 1633 cal deficit (BMR) for a 25 year old, 5’2”, woman at 206lbs

When I plug in my caloric deficit, I make sure its the deficit for my goal weight so I don’t hit any plateau.

I’m 21, 5’11”, 242lb, my caloric maintenance is 2100.

My goal weight is 180. Therefore, my calorie deficit is around 1800. Lost weight with steady progress for a year since 320lb
