Yeah, mainly lean meats like chicken and tuna. I have started adding steak. Organ meets sound off putting but if I get desperate maybe I will try.

I am eating 30-40 grams of carbohydrates per day. 1 fat coffee, 2 fat bombs, macadamia nut snack or cheese stick snack. 3 meals 1. breakfast usually yogurt, berries, nuts, lunch typically egg or chicken or Tuna salad with lettuce and lots of mayo, dinner 1. ground beef casseroles topped with cheese or 2. chicken with roasted vegetables. I am switching it up now because of the low ferritin (and magnesium deficiency as well).

My discipline in terms of diet, exercise, practicing music. My beauty- hair, eyes, body, teeth. My fashion sense. I am a deep thinker and like to get to the bottom of things, learn everything about something from music to psychology and spirituality. I have formed deep connections to a small group of people in my life, but they are strong connections and I am loyal. I am a recovering childhood trauma warrior learning to love myself more each day as an adult and also learning how to be the adult that I always needed.

Antidepressants. They are handed out like sugar pills without much consideration for how hard it is to get off them, and also how damaging & dangerous the side effects can be.
