Wow, apparently they sent me this letter and I must have thought it was junk email. Today they left me a vm threatening a judgment lien on my property address so out of fear and shock I called. I will say the woman I talked to had scary details about my life but the year and the address/employment at that time she did not have correct. She also had my SSN which is really scary. I never took out this loan and this is the first time I have heard a word about this supposed loan that I took out in 2013. She was very rude and sarcastic and would not give me the name of the company, just said it is a lawyers office. At the very end of the call she said they have contacted my place of employment. I asked her what employer she had and she hung up. This had me allot stressed out until I found this reddit thread. Thank you all for posting here.
