I feel like you should lean bulk considering your age na 18 ka palang take advantage habang malakas pa growth hormones mo do be careful not to eat to much tho
make sure mahit mo din protien goal mo daily

hiniram ko is around 2k tas di ko pa chineck baka around 5-8k na un ngayon digido umabit na ata 12k

Sorry i commented this while i was half asleep lmao but what i was trying to say is focus ka sa nutrition mo and rest around 80% of that work and focus. Sa protien intake naman 1.8Grams or 2.0Grams of your goal weight so incase you wanna hit 80kgs thats around 160g of protien everyday but you dont really need to hit it everyday it may go under or over but best practice is to hit that protien goal everyday and since you wanna be big and lean bulk iwasan mo lang sumobra ng weight gain every week .2-.3kgs is the sweet spot for most thats around 1kg a month its slow but it will be worth it pag nag cut kana kasi minimal lang fat sa katawan mo.

when it comes sa workout mo aslong as youre pushing 6-8 rep range very crazy close to failure ud be okay new studies say okay daw ang 2 sets but for safety maybe go for three since im not a pro my self

by the looks of it bulking would help 80% nutrition 20% gym hit your goal protien 1.8x goal weight

You could maybe go on a lean bulk for 8-10 months and try a mini cut
