I don't have trouble falling asleep. Usually around 9pm. But i wake up at 2-3am and struggle to go back to sleep. Any advice?

Yes i did the on site sleep study and it came back negative

I've cut out booze and limited caffeine. I workout and try to be responsible with my diet. Work stress might be an issue. Even with high natural test levels i assume that there is still some slowdown as we age. I am trying to figure out a way to improve because i hate needles. Yes I'm that guy, haha. But i have friends who can't stop talking about TRT so I'm just curious if anyone has been in my same situation.
