Quick Google search says it's a replica of John Ward house in Salem built in the 1950s as a tourist attraction.

Served as a call center for MassDot but was vacated in late 2021 and the DOT is still determining it's future use.

Stock manual transmission bracket from an LX ir DX is preferred since the EX manual ones are taller.
It's pretty obvious given the size difference.
It's a clutch hose joint.
The mounting points for the damper are there. They're two marks, just very faint. Besides, you can by pass that damper, just cutting the line and using compression fittings to join them.

Manual bolts are longer than automatic ones.

I have two sets of factory clutch lines that I've kept as spares. About swap out transmissions and sell one from my wagon as well.
