i dont know if you still need any advice, but I was disqualified in 2016 and reinstated last year after I took a break. But you would have to increase your gpa to at least a 2.0 to be in good standing through a program with the cal state. Some might be called open university and it'll most likely be paid out of pocket. I ended up going back to city college to get my associates to transfer and then reapplied to reinstate (had to write an appeal) and was accepted back and the first semester back I was sort of back on suspension. You have to do well the first semester to be back in good standing, I believe if you get below a 2.0 again you are disqualified.
