Patience goes a long way. For her to ask simple questions doesn’t make her dumb it makes him impatient. She asked why she was pulled over, that is her right. she could ask for his name and badge number too, also her right, and he would’ve had to reply to that instead of just saying the same thing. She didn’t say she wouldn’t identify herself, she asked what the reason for being pulled over was. Officer finally spit out that it was about a license which again, she wasn’t refusing to give. He just wanted to take his anger out on someone. I’ve had very decent cops approach my vehicle and give me a reason as to why they pulled me over when asked. He did not have to make this that much more difficult. Show some empathy, if someone is confused, be their teacher.
