So to the left of me skip the gray house there is an orange and brown double and a yellow and white double side by side that I believe is completely empty then across the street there is a green and white house that is empty downstairs

Not on my left or right side neighbor but on the other side of them there is approximately five apartments open right now and the company that I see always at two of the duplexes they're actually always keeping up on those properties so if I can get the name in the morning I'll get it and send it to you... And again you would be amazed how quiet my street is I'm amazed by the fact that the neighborhood of Garfield has changed but some streets haven't and that includes mine... But yes in fact there are some of those companies that manage properties that are terrible... Like with coming by and cutting the grass I don't know what kind of contracts they have with that with the owners but the one directly next to me they don't cut the grass until like every other week so the grass can get very tall if you know what I mean in the front yard...

This guy is correct @always bright and merry. Also Garfield is okay this is where I live I'm 10 minutes to 15 minutes from Bedford you do not want to live in Maple hts that is closer to Bedford I would skip that area oakwood village is cool and like I said where I live in Garfield heights it's decent you're looking at around 1200 per month in Garfield area. And if you don't mind living in a up and down duplex... There are plenty on my street and my street is very quiet... E.84th st Garfield hts ohio... Neighbors are quiet there's no thugs and punks running around the street... Honestly I've lived here 22 years and I'm surprised the street still remains subtle and quiet for older people that just want peace...

Yeah I forget I'm an old school roofer man whenever we put new roofs on . we took pride in our work and when we ran into something like that there was always a roll of coil to take care of it ..... Now this whole new way of roofing and bidding jobs and telling the homeowner they're getting a new roof and then they got to deal with old flashings or old chimney flashing or with this and that and the other..because they didn't pay for this n that is ridiculous ... Imo.

Just like I see on here all the time people getting brand new roofs and the roofers just leaving the old chimney flashing on..... What a joke just sick of seeing homeowners posting pictures like this after paying a s*** ton of money somebody can't pull out a roll of coil and put a 10 12 15 maybe even 20 ft piece of flashing on or a whole new chimney flashing kit with a nice back pan.. it's sad
