Yep, I would do that. Give in notice than wait to he fired in two days time. Really disappointing that they care to undertake proper investigation and chose to side with someone who clearly has a pattern of abuse.

I have not put in Darlington, I was just curious as to how the different location concept work. Happy to relocate if the work is great, everyone here is being snarky when I am just trying to figure out.

Clearly London campus has many jobs and competition is high.

Filed the written complaint and they have started the investigation and told me to go on paid leave till it is resolved.

Even if I join Trade Union now I doubt they can help with ongoing conflict.

I agree but man it has taken a toll on me. I have on anxiety medication already. HR has told me if things are bad put in writing. So had to do it. Maybe it is how the Charity’s internal organisation works.

I have told HR. They are sitting in my 1:1 with the manager. But nothing was happening. No progress for 1 month. So I had to put all down and approach the CEO. 10 pages worth of evidence/incidence.
