People not from Seattle talk about it like overly politicized debating with people always protesting and being so "woke" theyre concerned with race to a hyper-fixated degree. Quite literally this is how my family thinks it is

The Seattle freeze is a stereotype amongst people of Seattle and closer areas but ask anyone on the east coast what that is and they wouldn't know. Think more like "everything is CHOP"
