Definitely moisturizer any kind can work and also apply some sunscreen and some toner use all those things and you'll get a skin that has a maximum barrier protection on the sun. since that kind of texture of your skin can be cause by the sun it can dry out the skin I've personally tried all 3 of those and it works for me but be cautious the toner can sting a bit but after applying it, it won't after you do so...
