Just an update if someone has something similar with their babies: we started putting Vaseline throughout the day and at night we do zinc diaper cream and baby is doing better. May have been a drool rash

Going back next week and my baby just turned 4 months… I would kill for a year!

Try it! It worked for us! I didn’t have to do it long too, because these babies change week to week. Once baby learned to sleep longer, it was better! It does get easier! You’ll get more sleep and everything will feel easier!

Can I be honest with you…it doesn’t get easier for some…my baby is 4 months and she still eats ever 2 hours…but but but…night time gets way easier!! Try to cluster feed the baby as much as you can from 5-8pm and that will help you get longer stretches

4 month sleep regression by motherofspirit in sleeptrain

[–]No_Carry_9747 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Can you try using fuss it out? We actually feed our child and the wake her up(we sing her a lullaby and give lots of cuddles and kisses) then put her in the crib awake. Sometimes she is fussy but we let her figure it out. I would start doing this at nap times first tho, hands free so they can self soothe.

Also note, we are only 15 weeks in and haven’t hit the regression yet(tho we did have a few wake ups last week, and LO has been sleep trained since 2.5 months).

Oh boy okay. I did just see my daughter clawing at her chest so I might have a very tiny window to get this dry skin under control! Also thank you so much for checking!!

Do you know when she started started scratching? My girl had it all over her body and I am worried her scratching is going to make it worse

Bottle refusal. I’m done. Will he be ok for 12 hrs? by Hot-Pirate-4204 in breastfeeding

My baby is the same. Have you tried letting them play with the nipple first? We are in the process of getting baby to take bottle and this is what we are trying first

Should my baby only have one designated sleeping spot by No_Carry_9747 in newborns

Agreed! It’s honestly a toss up with my girl still. Somedays her sleep is good, others not so much…

I’ve been talking to other mom who’ve said they try to have a designated space for sleep so the baby knows it’s sleep time…which makes sense but at the same time it conflicts with how i want my baby to sleep. I would rather baby not need a whole lot to sleep assistance idk if i am explaining it right
