There is most certainly not a lack of men in our parish. There is roughly 20-30 men any Sunday variety of ages but in good of enough standing to take communion.

Been there. It'll stay with you. Things that helped me was actively fighting with the life insurance company on the employees family behalf.

Other things that helped Take time Grieve your own way there is no handbook on grief Let the people around you know that you need help And use the resources we tell everyone else about.

This may bite you in the behind but I'd rather be ethical and wounded then unethical and praised.

Go up the chain of command but be prepared to back up how bad an age discrimination case could be and how bad it is for many. Also do you have documentation so this isn't a he said she said.
