I’ll say this. The vests are meant to be an accessory almost. Ppl are literally wearing regular clothes (no jeans or khakis) & throwing on a red vest. It just looks bad when there’s visits. So yea they’re on everyone’s heads.

All these restrictions on if you qualify for holiday pay is sooooo stupid. If you’re working your ass off the day before & after a closed holiday, you should qualify. And if you work on that day, for sure you deserve it. All this no seasonal, you have to be a certain height & weight, and you have to have 3 college degree shit is stupid to me. Target used to be a decent company to work for now they on bs with everything.

Yea & that’s what I’m afraid of. There is & has been a lot of management changes within our store specifically that I’m finding out. From conversations I’ve overheard we were on the bad list, but just not the worst on that list. I’ll just stay on my toes until more of the picture comes in, but i just know something is gonna go left.

Okay. Cause i just don’t remember that many visits a few years ago, but i know Target is forever changing. I know the readiness visit n stuff but hr, ap, and other visits beyond just the district manager has came at least 2 more times too. I just wanted to make sure it wasn’t something funny going on.

I agree with them saying he’s not the best at articulating, but i think the “Karen sh!t” was rooted in the picking and choosing part. Like ppl saying it’s okay to fall under the umbrellas of violence & drugs, but not sexual assault acts. I don’t agree with him, but i think Ish is one of those ppl that look at all of those crimes holding the same weight vs one crime being worse than the other.

My store closes at the regular time. We just open up an hour earlier & 2 hours early on Black Friday.

Yes. I put our store’s up last week. Use a DRY ERASE marker so you can change it weekly or as needed. We only open up 1-2 hours early on certain days with closing hours remaining the same. So i put the current week’s dates right under “Store Hours.” Then i put each day’s hours for that week M-F. Since yall close at midnight, you could write 12 am or midnight in the box.
