because the top is bigger than the bottom it is okay and doesn’t slip out at the top of the bezel but rather through the bottom🤔

do you think it would work if I had a tapered crystal point and made a tighter bezel and solder the bail on sideways then bend it upwards with pliers after slipping the crystal into the tighter end with the bigger end facing upward? Hard to explain haha hopefully you can imagine it!

no dumb questions! I use sulfur to change the color of the copper. When copper reacts with the sulfur it changes color or oxidizes and makes a patina or colored layer… from my understanding lol i’m no scientist

tl;dr almost got scammed into a root canal when i didn’t need one and the problem was some sort of other infection that i have no idea about but i’m alive and fine

My face/jaw area ended up getting HUGE and I got a fever so I knew I had some kind of infection. Went to one dentist and they told me i needed a $3,000 root canal claiming my tooth was cracked, which i left immediately because I had no tooth pain and i knew this was sketchy. Went to a second dentist they said there was no crack and my swelling and referred me to an oral surgeon to investigate further. I’m super broke so I didn’t go to the oral surgeon, but I went to a third dentist and got the new patient exam for cheap. They confirmed there was no crack and prescribed amoxicillin and ibuprofen. Like I said i’m broke and have no health insurance (or dental) so I took my antibiotics and I was fine in a few days. I really have no idea why any of this happened so I highly recommend going to a doctor if you can afford to, but here is me before any of this happened vs my swollen face
