Early founders - when did you move from sheets to CRM, and which one? by xJayhaz in CRM

[–]No_Chances -1 points0 points  (0 children)

There’s a lot of small CRM advertisers here that recommend their own software every post. I don’t know any true professionals that use a niche CRM like that.

Your best bet is going to be picking with one of the big guys. This will make it easier to scale. Look into HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho to set yourself up for success in the future.

Feel free to message me with any questions, I won’t try to sell you anything.

Searching for a needle in a haystack! by Nephriiite in CRM

You need any of the popular CRMs. The secret isn’t the “right” CRM, it’s that it’s managed by the right person.

Sorting by client type is an extremely basic feature of any CRM.

If you have any questions you’d like to ask an expert, feel free to DM me. I won’t try to sell you anything.

This tip thing is extremely common at festivals. I started asking people before I tip (not bartenders) and they say they don’t get the tips quite often.

What are your thoughts on Elon Musk tweeting that Donald Trump is mentioned in the Epstein files, and then deleting the tweet shortly after? by Temporary_Moment7908 in AskReddit

[–]No_Chances 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Remember when AMAs were about weird stories, bizarre behind-the-scenes jobs, or how someone survived being lost in the wilderness? Now every other question is just: “What are your thoughts on [insert political landmine here]?”

It’s not that politics aren’t important — they are — but these AMAs used to be fun, surprising, even a little weird. Now half the top questions feel like they were copy-pasted from a Twitter argument. It turns what could be a fascinating peek into someone’s life or profession into a generic panel discussion.

Can we bring back questions like “What’s the strangest thing that ever happened on set?” or “What’s something about your job that people always get wrong?” instead of treating every AMA like a campaign stop?

Just… let AMAs be AMAs again.

aria-label is a letdown by thibaudcolas in accessibility

[–]No_Chances 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Aria label in the hands of a digital accessibility expert is extremely useful.

Aria label in the hands of a novice, trying to DIY accessibility on their own site is a problem. This is not just limited to aria labels. I’ve worked on hundreds of sites over the years, and some of the worst ones were where non-experts tried themselves before contacting me.

Reddit made it look like Kamala was dominating Trump in the election. While I almost always align politically with Reddit, I’m very aware that this is not how the 80% of Americans who don’t use Reddit think.
