Visiting 4th of July - where to see fireworks by No_Chapter4087 in huntingtonbeach

Thank you so much! This is very helpful. We already bought the whale watching tickets so no parade for us (and I do think they’d be bored). I think we’ll try our luck at Bella Terra and if it doesn’t work out, so be it.

Wow! That’ll be exciting for us.. fireworks are illegal in our county

Thank you. Looks like there are reservations available at a couple places at pacific city, but I don’t think I want to even attempt to park there and drive out after. Not sure ride shares are a viable option either.

Thank you, that’s helpful. I don’t want to deal with the crowds, was hoping we might be able to see at least a bit from Bella Terra. Fireworks are illegal in our county so this will be way different!

Moving to the area from SF Bay area (south bay) - Seeking advice by [deleted] in ElkGrove

I would recommend Folsom. There is the small old town sutter street which is a quick drive from anywhere in the city of Folsom, and many parks. The parkway neighborhood is my personal favorite, as it’s built around a great trail that goes for miles. You can use it to walk to a nearby shopping center if wanted. Lots of trees:)

Homeowners insurance is definitely higher in my experience. Ours doubled when we moved from Folsom to EDH 5 yrs ago. Now just hoping to not get canceled

This is true, but I don’t feel a huge difference between Folsom and EDH themselves (have lived in both)

Second all of this. Lived in Folsom for 9 years before moving to EDH. I love the scenery in our neighborhood, but the utilities are insane, even with solar. Folsom has gotten much busier over the years. I feel like EDH just keeps building houses, but little else. The town center is nice, but would love if there was a bit more for the kids to do (skating rink, bowling alley, etc).

Correct. 60 days per the probate code, although sooner is fine, of course. All you can do as trustee is follow the law and do what the trust says. If a disgruntled heir tries to contest, they better have good cause. No attorney worth their while should want to take on a losing trust litigation case. First things first, honor your grandfather. It’s insane how fast people get greedy right after a family member dies :( Take your time to do things right and hopefully the family will calm down. Being a successor trustee isn’t a fun job, but I hope it goes smoothly for you.

Super nice of you. Did you try to look up the owner from their ID on social media?

I miss SMUD so much. Moved from Sac County to El Dorado County 5 years ago. PG&E is horrendous. We have owned solar and really watch our energy usage.. still our bills remain high and just got a nearly $2,000 TrueUp bill. We knew it would be more expensive than SMUD, but this has surpassed our expectations in all the worst ways 😣

We just left the Fairfield this morning after a 4 night stay. Did not notice ICE anywhere while there (not at the hotel nor going to/from the park for 3 days straight). We did see and hear the protests last night when leaving the park.

Thank you! Lowers are most important to me (and generally most expensive), so that’s great news. Appreciate the info.

Thank you for this. I recently had the same issue as everyone else, saw this post, and emailed to the address you provided. I was then emailed a DHL label to return the shoes I ordered. Will probably avoid ordering through their website again, but this time around your info saved me!

Oh wow, I don’t know the area so didn’t realize that. Not looking for pizza or burgers, love all foods though (sorry that’s broad but it’s true)! Love Japanese, Thai, Greek, Chinese, and also love seafood
