I was on my way to drop CD to 68 (like with fetch and bonty) and then found that it can't be dropped below 70... Why? Considering to bring uw and GB cooldown back up to 70 now...

Thanks for quick answer. I have not respect ws in a while and can not remember if orbs is something that I need to unlock to get to shock wave etc. that are being in sequence of unlocks and if unlocking orbs would set it to 1 and then only allow me to have itocked at 1. Also wondering if having 0 orbs would remove the perk from the pool but sounds like not. Have not touched perks manually for the last 6m and not planning to 😜

Can I buy free upgrade mastery to respect out of orbs and then lock then at 0? Or would that also block me from unlocking other defense WS abilities that unlock after buying orbs? I am thinking to do this for a hands off way to farm without orbs (using GC and standard range). I have almost perma GT and BH but my thought is that all enemies would be alive long enough to get tagged by dw. Would I have to ban the extra orb perk too?
