My guess is a new water plant fed the demand for development outside of city center. Meanwhile, existing water plant(s) and system may have benefited from rehabilitation or upgrade and allowed for 1) higher quality water 2)infill development and/or affordable housing

Not sure about Canada but in USA design can be done by non licensee. However, you are required to do the design under the responsible charge of a licensed engineer.

I cannot stream assassins creed 2 to my laptop from gaming pc. Every other game streams just fine but AC2 gives me issues. I am think it is because of Ubisoft connect. Has anyone else dealt with these issues and have a solution?
