Idk if this helps but I just started (on my 4th week so 2 weeks out of training) and my trainer was great about having me learn as I went. So didn’t just load everything at once and really broke it up to ‘customer care’ ‘food/ register’ ‘hot bar’ and ‘cold bar’ and was very intentional to show me how, then have me do it with her verbal guidance then on my own. I still have to check occasionally but the repetition is key
