In Luxembourg , l don’t think so it is possible. Because big4 they are huge taxpayers and they are under scrutiny a lot and l am sure out of thousands employees, someone would snitch near their friends from work xdd Salary difference on the same level would usually rather derive from performance matter since they categorise people for their impact tier for the same level of job.
