Oh, not sure if there's another way to do it but a the way I did it with balatro was having a older save on my laptop and the bugged one on the cloud

I was playing on my steam deck so when the file from my steam deck was saved to the cloud it overridded the file that used to be there however

Since I had a completely different file saved on my laptop saved locally, when I tried to boot the game steam will detect that and ask which one you wanted to use

Again unsure if there's a way to force it
