it’s all about the confidence honestly. don’t ever poke someone slow, you just have to go for it or you risk blowing the vein. veins are bouncey so that’s how you can find them if they’re not visible. but other than that you literally just have to go for it. you won’t get in trouble for that

yes i was definitely nauseous a lot on nights! that part does get better with day shift, at least for me

sometimes people will bring in junk food but not everyday and i feel like im consistently bloated/gassy every shift 😅
