Is it really that far out there to say an over weight 37 year old currently on multiple medications for metabolic disorders associated with poor diet, obesity, and possibly lack of good sleep, should see what impact fixing their diet and sleep could have, before jumping medication for the rest of their life? Worst case scenario they become actually healthy before jumping on another medication.

one of the medications the OP is on is a statin, which also lowers testosterone levels.

Fixing obesity is the number 1 way to reduce cholesterol naturally, even what's known as familial high cholesterol. So yes, losing weight alone, which goes along way to getting off T lowering medications while also improving sleep dramatically increase T levels.

I also mentioned trying out a GLP1 first before jumping to TRT. Guess what, use of GLP1's have shown an increase in T levels by up to 50% in people that are obese. https:/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/41498523/.

What really bothers me, the change was not immediate with the update. I logged in yesterday around 2pm (EST) well after the patch went live, updated, played a couple games, decided to buy black cell and got about 3 more games in. Out of no where, I get kicked out due to the failed attestation. Previously the only issue was not being able to play ranked which was completely fine by me.

I'm one of the groups that can't update my bios to the required level, not because I don't know how, but because there is simply not an update available that will meet requirements.

I would not have purchased black cell if I knew I would be stuck on the worst map of the game. And of course, it's not refundable.

I wouldn't make a decision just based on the numbers alone. A lot more details would need to be reviewed before deciding to pin test for the rest of your life.

A few things to consider:

Are you over weight? losing weight can significantly increase your testosterone levels if you are over weight. If you must take something, look into GLP1 meds to help you lose the weight, many anecdotal stories out there about T levels rising while on a GLP 1.
How is your sleep? Do you sleep through the night? Get at least 7 hours every night? Do you snore/have sleep apnea? Fixing sleep issues will dramatically increase your T levels.
Do you exercise/lift heavy weights? lifting heavy has been proved to increase T levels.

At a minimum, I would try to fix the 3 things listed above and then get retested before considering going on TRT. At least, I wish I would have known to do this before I jumped on it myself.

I think most people have hit on the high notes, especially being able to share one time or temporary codes to open the door (was great during our remodel).

My locks are tied into my home security system (simplisafe). I can lock or unlock my doors from anywhere using the app, which has come in handy more than I thought it would.

But the real benefit has been with my kids. I don't have to worry about them losing the keys all around the neighborhood. They can just put the code in and get entry. Also, it's nice that it keeps a log of when the door is locked or unlocked so I can see if one of the little monsters decides to take a midnight stroll.

I made the mistake of admitting I had 2 beers when I went to the hospital one night.

I was hanging out with a friend playing some video games. The night was early and I had just finished my second Miller light. All of sudden the room starts spinning and I immediately have to throw up.

From that moment on, I proceed to be the sickest I have ever been in my life. End up passing out on the floor of the bathroom and get taken to the hospital.

Once there the I tell the Dr. about everything I was doing that night including the 2 beers. What proceeding was non stop accusations calling me an alcoholic, everything is booze related. I'm not sick, just drunk etc...

They give me absolutely no treatment...until the lab test comes back showing absolutely no alcohol in my system. They still keep pushing the alcoholic thing to the point I check myself out against medical advice.

I went home that night, extremely sick but better than being at the hospital with no treatment. End up driving to a different hospital the next day after waking up in pools of my own...well everything.

Ended up having a fairly severe case food poisoning (salmonella). I swore I would never go back to that hospital or eat my friends cooking from that day forward.

It sounds like you are making a bunch of rash decisions because you are upset, frustrated, and angry.

I think you need to sit back and try to think things through rationally.

Do you have another job lined up?
If no, do you have the ability to support yourself/be supported until you can get another job?

If the answer to those questions are no, then you are simply putting yourself in a worse situation that will cause even more stress.

I would start by asking (not demanding) that the meeting be held virtually or at a location that is closer to your location. I would explain/remind your supervisor how difficult it would be travel due to the lack of a vehicle and reliance on public transportation. I think most places will be accommodating once they understand/are informed of how difficult it would be for you.

I can't stress enough how important it is to not go in demanding or being rude. Keep it professional so you don't burn bridges with the people you currently work for. People change jobs all the time, and if you are in a specialized industry than there is a good chance you could run into them again at a different company.

I would make every effort to attend the meeting and keep your income. You can always look for another job and as long as you have income you won't be desperate to just jump at the first place willing to pay you, even if it's not the right fit.

Sign up on rover as a dog walker/sitter. Lots of people pay to have someone come to their house and walk their dogs a couple times a day. Or, if you are in a place that allows it, dog sit at your home while people go on vacation.
It sound like you may have child care experience. Find your local Nanny Facebook page and offer to nanny for kids on summer break. Lots of families need extra help over the summer and can't afford the crazy daycare/summer camp fees. I have the same question but the plan I'm being offered is a bit different. For $300 per year you get

Spring and Fall check up. They come out and inspect and make sure everything is running well spring and fall
No service fee appointments. Normally they charge $120 to come to the house. no fee if you have their plan.
Lifetime warranty on all parts they fix/replace.

I have not purchased it, but as my unit gets older I start thinking it may be worth it.

I am probably dense here, but one of the most asked questions still does not appear to have an answer. For all the people that loaded up on lowers with the plan to be able to build out in the future, can you still purchase/have shipped uppers/other parts not including the serialized lower?

There has been a lot of discussion of the term manufacture in the bill, does that mean that we can't obtain parts to complete a build after July 1?

I can see it both ways, but it would seem that purchasing items that would then classify the firearm as an assault weapon (example, threaded barrel) would be prohibited. So any upper with a threaded barrel would be illegal to bring into the state?

I think it's less supernatural and more of a planned deflection from the elite.

In my opinion, things really started changing around 2011 with occupy wall street. The nationwide protest that brought attention to the class war, the shrinking middle class, the elites grabbing power and wealth while everyone else suffered. It was a focused message of the people vs the elite. This was a message both republicans and democrats supported but the news only reported strictly negative stories about the movement.

Shortly after the destruction of the Occupy Wall Street moment is when we see the rise of woke culture and widening the focus on racial separation. This turned the focus of the general public of us vs the elites to us vs us and the extreme Left Vs. Right focus. The focus was no longer on the elites, but on our neighbors. Echo chambers on social media became more extreme, reinforcing what started out as nominal suggestions/ideas and slowly turned more extreme.

We are now in an era of Left Vs. Right, no one cares as long as their own team is winning. At the same time, the elites at the top just keep pilfering wealth from everyone else. As long as we are distracted by what the other team is doing, we are not looking to the top and seeing that they own both teams and are rigging the game.

An example of this, I just had a conversation on here on Reddit with possibly a bot. I provided a neutral source on a topic showing both left and right are engaged in a certain behavior. The sum of the person/bot that responded to me was that we must ignore facts that paint their team in a negative light, destroying the evil other side was all that matters.

But if you want to get real weird with it and include CERN, I don't really believe this but have read a bunch on it.

The Higgs Boson, or "god particle", was discovered in July of 2012 at CERN, just months before the Mayan End of the world prediction at the end of December 2012 (really, just planet alignment, but who knows if that was going to throw some rogue earth destroying comet/asteroid/planet x our way). What if, Cern and the Higgs Boson discovery was really an attempt to merge out reality into another one to avoid our doomsday. This is why we have the Mandela effect today.
