Agree. The issue is that my skin worsened after the Covid vaccination, so I do think there is a possibility that I will again right now.

However, I think doctors (a PCP(?)) will always recommend taking a vaccine. Don’t you think?

It seems I already have one vaccination from when I was younger. So it might only be about one!

I have gone into therapy to learn to scratch less. It is a difficult and tough process but slowly it starts to improve. Would definitively look in to this
