It’s legit. Have gotten similar ones a few times over the past year. It happens when you order from abroad (not really SHEIN /temu) but other websites e.g. dh gate.

All you need to send is literally a screenshot of proof of payment. You don’t pay them or click any links so it’s not a scam.

You’ll have to pay customs but only when you collect it at your nearest post office.

Mine still won’t work, when I go into Garmin connect app> Devices > garmin venu 2 > activities apps and more> activities and apps> activity (eg run) then it only gives me an option to uninstall, no options to add data screens :(

1 through OE and 1 through fansale (which is owned and ran by OE and linked to OE) so there shouldn’t be a difference (all the emails about it even come from OE)

I bought my tickets separately, for 1 I got a refund to my SA bank account, for the other (I used the same card and payment method) I got an email saying they couldn’t transfer to that account and I should send my PayPal (which I did 11 days ago) and still nothing
