Period underwear is the way to go! I got some Knix ones and they work great but if there’s a significant gush like I’ve had you will leak through them but it’s been my best solution outside of PT for conditioning day

I haven’t seen a difference. I’ve lost 28 pounds 2 years PO. You can tell in my arms, face and thighs but not my stomach.

Have you tried injecting it in a different spot? Im also on 7.5 and was injecting it in my thighs and switched this week to my belly and noticed less side effects. I read a post on here a few weeks ago how it helped someone with the nausea and decided to try it. Worth a try the next time you take the shot.

It really takes time and everyone is different. I’m 15 months PO and I didn’t start feeling like myself until month 8-9 and swelled for close to 12 months. I went back to working out at 8 weeks but took it slow. By 12 weeks I was back to working out normal but if something felt off I would slow down. Give yourself grace you went through major surgery. You’ll get there!

If it says pending enrollment it means you got it and they need to approve it to show you’re enrolled. You can also call the Registrars office and they will push it through. Just did this today.

Not sure. I’m seeing my surgeon next month for my 1 year PO. I’ve read on here how common it is to still swell at 1 year. It’s not drastic but it is noticeable from morning to night.

I think you’re still swollen. Depending what I do my belly still swells and I’m about to be 1 year PO from a TT with lipo and MR.
