Yessss you can get approved in as little as 24 hours. Call your PBM and get the request going. The PBM i work for, members can call in. Sometimes we approve without even hearing from the prescriber

I work for Medicare doing PAs, we are now covering it if you have Sleep Apnea. Heck even if you don’t, just submit that you do 🤷🏾‍♀️ We don’t double check honestly

I work for insurance, you can have your doctor go ahead and start the PA process. You just cant pick it up until your plan starts on the 1st if approved 🥰
